Gantar dates

The Guntar date is one of the date varieties produced in southern Iran. It has a wrinkled, spherical appearance with medium-thick skin that adheres to the flesh, which is a brownish color. This date resembles dried plums and is classified as a semi-dry date, giving it a long shelf life of approximately two years without the need for refrigeration.
