Piarom dates are classified as luxury dates, which is why they are often sold stuffed with nuts as a premium offering. Due to their low moisture content, Piarom dates do not require refrigeration for storage. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, they offer various health benefits, including lowering bad cholesterol (LDL) and promoting oral health due to their fluoride content.
