Shahani Dates

Shahani dates are a variety of dates produced organically in southern Iran. They are characterized by their elongated, soft fruits with a narrow tip and a light brown color. Shahani dates are among the most abundant date varieties produced in Fars Province and can be classified as relatively moist and syrupy dates. They offer high nutritional value and can be easily stored at room temperature, although refrigeration is recommended for better preservation.

Due to their natural sweetness and appealing color, as well as their rich nutritional content, Shahani dates have various applications in the food industry.
